• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1. CCTV inside and outside the premises. CCTV to be in working order at all times. CCTV to be recorded in a format which can be downloaded and given to the Police or other relevant authority on request. CCTV to be retained for one calendar month (ideally 31 days). The CCTV must be checked daily. The Police recommend that the CCTV be working at all times and recording when the premises are open. A member of staff on site able to download at all times

  2. Noise and littering must be kept to a minimum with provision of bins inside the premises

  3. Young children must be protected at all times and staff are expected to bear this in mind when dealing with children of any age

  4. Keep an incident log of any noteworthy incidents which occur at the property (whether or not reported to the Police)

  5. If seating is to be provided then any persons remaining at the premises after purchasing food should only stay as long as necessary to consume their purchase and not be encouraged to loiter
