ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. The supply of alcohol on the premises shall be restricted to 09:00 - 21:00 Monday - Sunday
2. CCTV to be fully operational and recording at all times the premises is open to the public and/or licensable activities are taking place. Images must be retained for a minimum of 31 days and be made available immediately upon the request of RMBC. CCTV to be tested daily and details of tests to be recorded daily. CCTV images to cover the inside of the premises, together with the front, side and rear of the premises outside
3. All staff to be trained on the operation of the CCTV. To keep records of all training provided. Such records to be made available to authorised officers of RMBC and GMP upon request
4. Challenge 25 Scheme to be operated at the premises, Challenge 25 posters to be clearly and prominently displayed
5. A refusal log is to be kept to record dates and times of all refusals to retail alcohol to underage persons. A copy of the refusals log will be made available immediately upon request of Authorised Officers of RMBC and GMP
6. To provide training, at least every 6 months, to existing staff, on the law relating to underage sales of alcohol, and to provide training for all new staff on the sale of age restricted products. To keep written records of all training provided in respect to the law relating to underage sales of alcohol. Staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood
7. To inform all staff of changes in the law relating to age restricted products as and when required. To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sale incidents that have been brought to the Licence Holder's attention by Trading Standards
8. To attend training seminars organised by the Trading Standards Service as and when requested to do so
9. To dispose of trade waste created by the premises in an appropriate manner
