ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. A refusals/challenges register will be maintained at the premises. The logs will record the date and time of the incident. The refusals book will be made available to the authorities upon request
2. The premises will operate a Challenge 24 policy. When a person appears to be under the age of 25, they will be asked to provide ID to prove they are over 18 years old. Posters advising customers of this policy will be displayed in prominent locations in the shop
3. All staff will be trained prior to selling alcohol, with regards to their responsibilites under the Licensing Act. Refresher training will take place at least once per year. All training will be documented and signed/dated, and made available to the Authorities upon request
4. Staff will be informed of any changes to the legislation with regards to the Licensing Act 2003 that have an effect on their day to day responsibilities selling alcohol. This will be documented and signed/dated, and will be made available to the authorities upon request
5. The premises licence holder will notify staff of any underage sales complaints (for this store), brought to the attention by Rochdale Trading Standards and to keep a log of notifications on file ready for inspection
6. Images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days
7. CCTV footage to be given to Authorities upon reasonable request of the Authorities
