ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV is to be recording and fully operational at all times the premises are open to the public. Images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.
2. CCTV images to be produced to Authorised Officers of RMBC immediately upon request. CCTV equipment checked at the commencement of the trading day. If the CCTV is not working no retail of alcohol may take place until such times as the equipment is working.
3. To ask for appropriate identification of proof of age with a photograph of the person displayed on the I.D.
4. A refusals log is to be kept to record dates and times of all refusals to retail alcohol to underage persons. A copy of the refusals log made available immediately upon request of Authorised Officers of RMBC.
5. Challenge 25 Scheme operated at the premises with Challenge 25 posters clearly and prominently displayed.
6. Training provided at least once a year to existing staff on the law relating to underage sales of alcohol.
7. To keep written records of all training provided in respect of the law relating to underage sales of alcohol. Staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
8. To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sales incidents that has been brought to your attention by Trading Standards.
9. Premises to be on the RMBC "Responsible Retailer Scheme" which is run by Rochdale MBC Trading Standards Service. The Premises Licence Holder is required to attend an annual "Responsible Retailer" training session with Trading Standards.
