ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Challenge 25 scheme operated at the premise.
2. Challenge 25 Policy posters clearly displayed in the shop.
3. Appropriate identification of proof of age with a photograph of the person displayed on the I.D.A refusal log is kept to record dates and times of all refusals to retail alcohol to underage persons signed by the employee.
4. Training provided at least once a year to all new and existing staff, on the law relating to underage sales of alcohol.
5. Written records kept on all training provided in respect of the law relating to underage sales of alcohol
6. Staff sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
7. All staff informed of changes in the law relating to age-restricted products as and when required.
8. To sign up to the RMBC 'Responsible Retailer Scheme' which is run by Rochdale MBC, Trading Standards Service.
9. The Designated Premises Supervisor/Premise Licence Holder will attend a 'Responsible Retailer' training session with Trading Standards as requested.
