ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV is to be installed, operational and maintained, at all times the premises are open to the public. The images are to be retained for a period of
31 days and made available to any Police or authorised person from the Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Department upon request.
2. If the CCTV system is not in operation for any reason the Premise Licence holder will take the appropriate steps to rectify the faults ASAP.
Demonstration of the steps taken will be provided to Police or authorised person from the Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Department
upon request.
3. A person must be on the premises at all times licensable activities take place who can operate the CCTV equipment including able to produce
/download/burn CCTV images upon request by a person from a responsible authority or Police.
4. The premises will operate a Challenge 25 policy.
5. All staff will be trained to request the appropriate identification form any person who appears to the member of staff operating the checkout to be under the
age of 25. The training will be provided to all staff upon induction and refreshed on a regular basis. A record of training/refresher training will be maintained
and will be made available to authorised authorities on request.
6. The Premises Licence holder will actively participate in any traders/neighbourhood forum/seminars.
7. A member of the Management team will be on the premises all the time the store is open. A person will have responsibility for the premises whilst the premises
are open.
8. A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of their responsibilities including not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
9. The store will display signage around the premises informing both staff and customers of our Challenge 25 policy on alcohol.
