ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV is to be installed, operational and maintained at all times the premises are open to the public. Images are to be retained for no less than 31 days and made available to the Authorities upon request.
2. Any person left in charge of the premises must be trained to use the CCTV system and be able to produce/download/burn images upon request by any Responsible Authority.
3. The CCTV is to be checked daily. A log book will be kept which will be completed every day, showing the date, time and staff member that has checked the CCTV is working. If the CCTV is not working the premises must have the problem rectified and the CCTV to be in working order within 24 hours of the problem occurring; unless the fault is a circumstance out of his control, e.g. such as a power-cut.
4. The premises will adopt a "Challenge 21" policy
5. Staff will be trained before making sales of alcohol and refresher training will be given every 6 months. Records will be kept of the training, which staff will sign and date and will be made available to any Responsible Authority on request.
6. No delivery sales of alcohol
7. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or government approved PASS cards will be used for proof of age.
8. A refusals and incidents book will be maintained at the premises for the sale of alcohol, detailing dates and times.
9. Notices will be displayed inside the premises requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
10. Litter bins will be located inside and outside the premises.
