ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV to be installed, operational and maintained all times the premises are open to the public. The images are to be retained for a period of 31 days and made available to any police officer or authorised person from Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Department upon request.
2. Any person left in charge of the premises must be trained in the use of any such CCTV equipment and able to produce/download/burn CCTV images upon request by a person from a responsible authority or the Police.
3. The CCTV is to be checked daily. If it is found not to be working, no alcohol may be served until such time that it is. Records of these checks must be kept and produced to the Police or authorised officers of RMBC upon request.
4. Premises adopt the "Challenge 21" scheme as adopted by the British Beer and Pub Association.
5. Staff are to be trained before they start employment and re-trained every sex months in relation to basic licensing legislation and age restricted products. Records of this training must be kept and produced to the Police or authorised officer of RMBC upon request.
6. No delivery service
7. To sign up to the RMBC "Responsible Retailer Scheme" which is run by RMBC Trading Standards Service.
8. To abide by the conditions of the scheme.
9. All spirits will be displayed behind the sales counter with wine and beet chillers/shelves in view of the counter.
10. To review, periodically, external lights.
11. Have due regard to waste management and regularly check the area outside the premise.
12. Be aware of anti-social behaviour e.g groups of people loitering in front of the shop, these would be asked to move on/refusal to serve.
13. A sign will be displayed asking customers to leave quietly.
14. To maintain a record of all complaints that are made in regards to noise and disorderly conduct.
15. A refusal book will be maintained as and when an incident occurs.
