ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. Removal of person(s) causing disorder within the premises
2. Premises has active fire alarm, two fire extinguishers and display "No Smoking" signage
3. Request groups of people congregating near the premises to move away
4. Notice displayed requesting customers to respect the peace and quiet of local residents
5. CCTV cameras to be installed to the satisfaction of Greater Manchester Police Crime Reduction Advisor during all hours that licensable activity takes place
6. The quality of the images are to be to the satisfaction of the Greater Manchester Police Crime Reduction Advisor
7. The point of sale is to be clearly shown on the CCTV
8. Faces of all customers must be clearly seen by CCTV cameras upon entrance/exit of premises
9. Images are to be retained in an unedited format for 31 days
10. Images are to be produced to the police or authorised officer of Rochdale MBC with 24 hours of request
11. A member of staff is to be present at all times who can produce CCTV footage
12. The CCTV is to be tested daily and records made of this. If the CCTV is found not to be working, no alcohol may be sold until such time that it is
13. The premises is to operate the " Challenge 25" scheme
14. A refusals book is to be maintained and held on site, at the licensed premises, and produced on request
15. The applicant is to attend the Responsible Retailers Scheme Training
16. Staff at the premises are to be trained every six months and made aware of the legal requirements relating to basic licensing laws and age restricted products
17. Staff training is to be documented and to be produced upon request
18. No delivery services are to be offered on age restricted products
