ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
(1) CCTV to be installed inside the premises. Recorded images to be retained for a period of 31 days in an unedited format and made available to Greater Manchester Police and authorised officers of RMBC upon request.
(2) Staff to supervise the external area of the premises to ensure that customers do not congregate outside.
(3) Staff to ensure there are no sales of alcohol to any person who appears to be drunk.
(4) Staff to ensure there are no sales of alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age.
(5) Notices to be displayed inside the premises warning that it is an offence for alcohol to be purchased by the person under 18 years of age.
(6) Staff to be given regular training in respect of their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and this training to be documented. Training inputs to be every 3 months.
(7) Staff to supervise the external area of the premises to prevent customers congregating.
(8) The premises to operate the Challenge 25 scheme.
(9) A refusals book to be maintained and held on site.
(10) No alcohol to be sold to any person under 18 years of age.
(11) Staff to be trained and made aware of the legal requirements relating to underage sales
(12) Staff training to be documented.
(13) Staff to be vigilant to ensure that adults do not purchase alcohol on behalf of children.
(14) Recorded images to show customers entering the store, to show customers at the alcohol displays and to provide clear uninterrupted facial images of customers at the point(s) of sale.
