Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
(1) CCTV is to be installed, operational and maintained all times the premises are open to the public. The images are to be retained for a period of 31 days and made available to any Police Officer or authorised person from Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Department upon request.
Any person left in charge of the premises must be trained in the use of any such CCTV equipment and able to produce / download / burn CCTV images upon request by a person from a responsible authority or the police.
The CCTV is to be checked daily. If it is found not to be working, no alcohol may be served until such time that it is. Records of these checks must be kept and produced to the police or authorised officers of RMBC upon request.
Premises to adopt the 'Challenge 21' scheme as adopted by the British Beer & Pub Association.
Staff are to be trained before they start employment and retained every six months in relation to basic licensing legislation and age restricted products. Records of this training must be kept and produced to the Police or authorised officers of RMBC upon request.
(2) Opening times to be 9.00am to 11.00pm, MOnday to Saturday and 10.00am to 10.00pm on Sunday.
(3) A logbook to be kept of all orders delivered to customers with their names and addresses and be produced to Authorised Officers of Rochdale MBC immediately upon request.
