ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. Images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.
2. CCTV footage to be given to Authorities upon reasonable request of the Authorities.
3. Two staff to be present at all times, one of which to be an SIA badge holder and
undertake security duties.
4. All alcohol purchased at the premises should be supplied in a branded carrier bag.
5. To ask for appropriate identification of proof of age with a photograph of the person displayed on the I.D.
6. A refusal log is to be kept to record dates and times of all refusals to retail alcohol to underage persons.
7. A copy of the Refusals Log will be made available immediately upon request of Authorised Officers of Rochdale MBC.
8. Challenge 25 scheme operated at premises.
9. Challenge 25 posters to be clearly and prominently displayed.
10. To provide training, at least once a year to new and existing staff, on the law relating to underage sales of alcohol.
11. To keep written records of all training provided in respect of the law relating to underage sales of alcohol. Staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
12. To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sales incidents that have been brought to your attention by Trading Standards.
13. To keep a log of such notifications on file, ready for inspection by Authorised Officers of Rochdale MBC, if required.
14. To record any remedial action on a report from Trading Standards of an alleged underage sale from the premise.
15. To produce a copy of the ‘Record of Remedial Action’ if requested by an Authorised Officer of Rochdale MBC.
