ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. A refusal Log to be kept to record dates and times of all refusals to retail alcohol to underage persons.
2. A copy of the Refusals Log will be made available immediately upon request of authorised officers of RMBC.
3. Challenge 21 Scheme operated at premises.
4. Challenge 21 posters to be clearly and prominently displayed.
5. To provide training at least once a year to all new and existing staff on age restricted products.
6. To keep written records of all training provided in respect to the law relating to underage sales of alcohol. Staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
7. To notify staff of any incidents reported by Trading Standards in relation to alleged underage sales of alcohol from your premises.
8. To keep a record of the notifications on file, ready for inspection by authorised officers of RMBC if requested.
9. To record any remedial action taken following a report from Trading Standards of an alleged underage sale from the premises.
10. To keep and produce a copy of a 'Record of Remedial Action' if requested by an authorised officer from RMBC.
11. CCTV system installed.
12. CCTV system maintained in full working order at all times.
13. CCTV system to record images of all trading areas, point of sale, and external frontage of premises during opening hours.
14. CCTV images to be retained for 31 consecutive days.
15. CCTV images to be produced immediately upon request, to the police and RMBC licensing officers.
16. The retail of alcohol shall not be permitted at any time that the CCTV equipment is not working.
17. Liaise closely and work with the Police and Local Authority Officers.
18. No groups of people will be permitted to gather inside or outside the premises.
