ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. In order to prevent crime and disorder, the premises will ensure that good relations are maintained with the Police.
2. The premises will maintain an incident register that will record any incident in relation to crime and disorder.
3. Annual Environmental Health checks will take place.
4. A fire extinguisher and fire blanket will be present on the premises, a smoke alarm will be fitted and the premises will have suitable lighting for the safety of staff and customers.
5. Rubber mats will be placed at the entrance of the premises to prevent slips, trips and falls by customers entering the premises in rainy / wet conditions.
6. First Aid equipment will be available on the premises.
7. A visible notice shall be displayed on the front door of the premises requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
8. No nuisance will be caused by noise or vibration emanating from the premises.
9. Customers will have the facility to make telephone orders to prevent children waiting and to prevent the premises from becoming overcrowded.
10. Litter bins will be located inside the buildings.
11. The extraction fan will be maintained and in operation to reduce odour smells.
12. Only paying customers and guests are allowed to remain within the premises whilst their food is being prepared.
13. Members of staff are supervised to empty litter bins on a regular basis.
14. During the hours that the premises are open to the public, all the premises surfaces and food counter will be cleaned on a regular basis.
