ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises are covered by CCTV & alarm system.
2. The CCTV system is to be maintained in good order at all times.
3. Images from all cameras are to be stored for a period of not less than 31 days.
4. CCTV to record at all times premises open to the public.
5. Images are to be made available to any Police Officer or Authorised Officer of the Local Authority immediately upon their request.
6. A refusal log to be kept to record dates and times of all refusals of retail alcohol.
7. A copy of this information to be made available upon request of an Authorised Officer of RMBC.
8. To operate the challenge 21 policy and display posters of this scheme in a prominent position.
9. I.D’s acceptable are photographic UK Driving licence, Passport or a Government approved pass card.
10. To provide training at least once a year to all new and existing staff on age restricted products.
11. To keep written records of all training provided in respect of the law relating to underage sales of alcohol.
12. Staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
13. To notify staff of any incidents reported by Trading Standards in relation to alleged underage sales of alcohol from your premise.
14. To keep a record of these notifications on file, ready for inspection by Authorised Officers of RMBC if requested.
15. To record any remedial action taken following a report from Trading Standards of an alleged underage sale from the premise.
16. To keep and produce a copy of a ‘Record of remedial action’ if requested by an Authorised Officer from RMBC.
