ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises shutters will always be maintained.
2. Fire extinguishers will be checked on a regular basis.
3. First Aid supply will be available on the premises.
4. No music shall be played on the premises.
5. Notices shall be displayed on the premises asking customers to leave the premises quietly.
6. To provide training, at least once a year, for new and existing staff, on the law relating to underage sale of alcohol.
7. To keep written records of all training provided in repect to the law relating to underage sales of alcohol. Staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
8. To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sales incidents that has been brought to your attention by Trading Standards.
9. To keep a log of such notifications on file, ready for inspection by authorised officers of RMBC if require.
10. To record any remedial action following a report from Trading Standards of an alleged underage sale from the premise.
11. To produce a copy of the 'Record of Remedial Action', if requested by an authorised officer of RMBC.
12. To sign up to the RMBC 'Responsible Retailer Scheme' which is run by Rochdale MBC, Trading Standards Service.
13. The CCTV system is to be maintained in good order at all times. Images from all cameras are to be stored for a period of not less than 31 days.
14. CCTV to record at all times premises are open to the public.
15. Images are to be made available to any Police Officer or Authorised Officer of RMBC immediately upon their request.
16. Premises to adopt the 'Challenge 21' scheme as adopted by the British Beer & Pub Association.
