ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1.CCTV system is to be installed and maintained in good order at all times.
2. CCTV images from all cameras to be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
3. CCTV to record at all times premises are open to the public.
4. The Licensee to produce the required CCTV images immediately upon request to Authorised officers of RMBC and to any Police Officers.
5. CCTV to be installed internally and externally of the premises.
6. A refusal log is to be kept to record dates and times of all refusals to retail alcohol to underage persons.
7. The Challenge 21 scheme to be operated at the licensed premises
8. The Challenge 21 scheme posters to be clearly and prominently displayed at the licensed premises.
9. To provide training at least once a year to all staff on age-restricted products.
10. To attend training seminars organised by the Training Standards Service as and when requested to do so.
11. To keep written records of all training provided in respect to the law relating to underage sales of alcohol and all staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
12. To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sale incidents that have been brought to the Premise Licence holders and/or the Designated Premises Supervisors attention by the Trading Standards section of RMBC.
13. To keep a log of such notifications on file, ready for inspection by authorised officers of RMBC if required.
14. To record any remedial action following a report from RMBC’s Trading Standards section of an alleged underage sale from the premises.
15. To produce a copy of the “Record of Remedial Action” if requested to do so by an Authorised officer of RMBC.
16. Young people congregating outside the premises will be asked to disperse.
17. Ensure premises are litter-free on a regular basis.
18. To be actively aware of proxy purchasers.
19. To ask for appropriate identification of proof of age with a photograph of the person displayed on the I.D.
20. To sign up to the RMBC 'Responsible Retailer Scheme'.
21. At least one CCTV camera to cover the point of sale and to clearly show the face of the purchaser and what they are purchasing.
