ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. A member of staff from the Management Team shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open to the public.
2. The checkout area will always be staffed when the premises are open to the public.
3. Till prompts shall be operational at all times.
4. Premises to adopt the 'Challenge 21' scheme and such signage shall be displayed throughout the premises.
5. Alcohol refusal logs will be recorded in a report format and be produced on a weekly basis.
6. A copy of Refusals Log will be made available immediately upon request of Authorised Officers of RMBC.
7. To ask for appropriate identification of proof of age with a photograph of the person displayed on the ID.
8. To provide training at least once a year to all staff on the law relating to underage sales of alcohol.
9. To keep written records of all training provided in respect to the law relating to underage sales of alcohol and all staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
10. To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sale incidents that have been brought to the Premise Licence holders and/or the Designated Premises Supervisors attention by the Trading Standards section of RMBC.
11. To keep a log of such notifications on file, ready for inspection by authorised officers of RMBC if required.
12. To record any remedial action following a report from RMBC’s Trading Standards section of an alleged underage sale from the premises.
13. To produce a copy of the “Record of Remedial Action” if requested to do so by an Authorised officer of RMBC.
14. CCTV system is to be installed and maintained in good order at all times.
15. CCTV images from all cameras to be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
16. CCTV to record at all times premises are open to the public.
17. The Licensee to produce the required CCTV images immediately upon request to Authorised officers of RMBC and to any Police Officer.
18. The CCTV system is to be checked on a daily basis and if it is found not to be working, no alcohol may be served until such time that it is.
19. CCTV cameras to be installed to record all transactions at the point of sale. These cameras must clearly show the faces of the purchaser / person retailing the alcohol and provide images which clearly show the type and nature of product being sold.
