ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1) CCTV Installed and fully operational
2) CCTV Images to be retained for 31 days.
3) CCTV Images to be produced immediately upon request to Police and Authorised Officers of Licensing Authority.
4) CCTV Equipment to be tested daily. In the event it is not working no retail sale of Alcohol shall be permitted until such time as it is working.
5) Electrical, Gas, Fire safety certificates valid and in force.
6) All electrical equipment P.A.T tested annually.
7) All fire exits clearly marked.
8) Notice on premises requesting people leave quietly.
9) Trade waste agreement valid and in force.
10) I.D produced log book.
11) A refusal log is to be kept to record dates and times of all refusals and a copy of this information will be made available immediately upon request of Authorised Officers of RMBC.
12) Challenge 21 scheme operated at all times.
13) Challenge 21 posters to be clearly and prominently displayed.
14) To ask for appropriate identification of proof of age with a photograph of the person displayed on the I.D
15) To provide training at least once a year to all existing staff on age restricted products.
16) To provide training for all new staff on the sale of age restricted products.
17) To attend training seminars organised by the Trading Standards Service as and when requested to do so.
18) To keep a written record of all training provided and get staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
19) To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sales incidents that has been brought to your attention by Trading Standards.
20) To keep a log of such notifications on file, ready for inspection by authorised officers of RMBC if required.
21) To record any remedial action following a report from Trading Standards of an alleged underage sale from the premise.
22) To produce a copy of the ‘Record of Remedial Action’ if requested by an authorised officer of RMBC.
