  1. Festival will be well stewarded with clear roles of responsibility set out.

   

  2. Professional security staff, festival co-ordinator, chief volunteers and cheif steward will communicate via radio.

   

  3. Stewards will attend a meeting before the event which will highlight Risk Assessments, the site layout and rules regarding vehicle movement and chain of command.

   

  4. All artists, exhibitors, stallholders and performers must report to the information point on arrival. (The information point will act as a control room for the event and will also be the lost children point).
