ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 Heavy cluster seating in place which can not be picked up and used for criminal damage.
2 Safety glass and screening at the counter to protect members of staff from harm.
3 Fire exits to be kept obstacle free at all times.
4 Kitchen will be equipped with 3 fire extinguishers and one fire bucket.
5 All fire exits will be marked properly.
6 An extraction system is installed that is serviced and maintained regularly which has sound proofing, in order to prevent public nuisance.
7 Litter is placed inside covered containers located within the premises.
8 A telephone order system and free delivery service will be available after 17.00pm to protect children from being subject to any harem by limiting then to enter the premises.
9 All members of staff will be properly vetted to ensure that they do not have any criminal convictions and are therefore, responsible people.
The following conditions added by way of Minor Variation, November 2013;
10. Good quality CCTV installed
11. Cameras covering entrances, eating areas and counter areas
12. Images of a quality whereby a person can be identified facially
13. Images/footage recorded digitally to a hard drive format
14. Images/footage retained for a minimum of 31 days
15. CCTV operating and recording all times premises is open
16. CCTV checked daily and records of checks maintained
17. Images/footage available/downloaded for Police or other responsible authority upon request
18. A member of staff who can operate/download the CCTV present at all times premises is open
