  This licence is also subject to the conditions laid down in the Rochdale MBC “Regulations applying to Entertainments Licences”, which were made in respect of Entertainments Licences for public music and dancing and entertainments of a like kind issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (copy attached). It should be noted that Reg. 36 has been superseded by the Mandatory Condition in respect of Door Supervisors. 

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.  The church is kept locked when activities are not taking place.

  2.  A designated key holder will be present when activities are taking place.

  3.  No alcohol will be sold or consumed on the premises.

  4.  Emergency exit signs will be installed.

  5.  All emergency exits, fire extinguishers and gas and electrical appliances will be checked and serviced annually.

  6.  The church will actively follow and implement the Child Protection Policy approved by the United Reformed Church.  A copy of this policy will be available to an authorised officer of Rochdale MBC, Licensing Department upon request.
