  2.  One CCTV camera shall be located inside the premises and one CCTV camera located outside of the premises.

  3.  Premises will have public liability insurance in place.

  4.  Gas and Electric Safety Certificates will be in place.

  5.  Food Hygiene Certificate will be in place.

  6. PIR light installed at the back entrance of premises.
