Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The CCTV System is to be maintained. The images are to be retained for a period of 31 days and made available to any Police Officer or authorised person from Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Department upon request.
2. Premises to adopt the "Challenge 21" scheme as adopted by the British Beer and Pub Association.
3. CCTV cameras to be located both internally and externally of the premises.
4. An external waste bin will be located near the premises.
5. The outside frontage of the premises will be kept clean on a regular basis.
6. The premises will be kept clean and tidy.
7. Fire Safety Signs will be displayed.
8. Fire points will be clearly marked.
