  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1. Give staff adequate training to ensure they understand the social responsibilities of supplying alcohol, so they comply with the law and to check potential buyers, to prevent sales to underage persons.

  2. Majority of sale will be made by mail order and the resulting order to be dispatched by carrier.

  3. The business will primarily trade in specialist beers, and will not stock high value spirits. The opportunity for crime and disorder should not exist.

  4. There will be limited access during daytime for persons aged 18 years or above to collect orders from our reception area.

  5. Bottles will be packed or crated to prevent accidents.

  6. The business will operate working hours only, with carriers loading and unloading in the yard.

  7. There will only be vehicular noise.

  8. Will not generate more than minimal waste.

  9. Customer will be asked to register on the website, which will include “I am over 18" tick box.

  10. Where possible the premises endeavour to take payment by Credit Card, as holders have to be over 18.
