ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The CCTV system is to be maintained and in good order at all times. Images from all cameras are to be stored for a period of not less than 31 days. CCTV to record at all times premises are open to the public. Images are to be made available to any police officer or authorised officer of the local authority immediately upon their request.
2. The premises shall conduct suitable fire risk assessments and implement the necessary control measures including the safe evacuation of disabled people.
3. All exit doors are easily operable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means.
4. Exit doors are regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
5. Records of these checks are kept and can be produced on request.
6. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergency are prominently displayed and maintained in good condition.
7. All fire exiting and means of escape are signed in accordance with BS5499.
8. All food waste is bagged and tied.
9. Waste collection receptacles (skips/bins) are kept locked.
10. Collections of refuse are made at appropriate intervals.
11. The applicant is a signatory to the Portman Group Code of Practice on Naming, Packaging and promotion of alcoholic drink.
12. Staff will be trained to request evidence of age from any person seeking to buy alcohol and such as a passport or photographic nature such as a passport or photographic driving licence or any identification card carrying the "PASS" logo.
13. Age prompts on the tills shall alert a cashier when age restricted products are scanned.
14. Signage advising staff and customers of agents for restricted products are displayed prominently in the store
